# Mububu

> Mububu (https://mububu.app) is a free, fan-made dress-up maker for fluffy 3D Muse avatars (not
> affiliated with Meta). People choose fur, faces, outfits and accessories, then use the picture as
> their Muse avatar. This file is for AI agents helping someone get one.

## Get a ready-made avatar (no browser needed)

1. Search the looks with the person's own words:
   GET https://mububu.app/api/looks?q=pink+fluffy+hat&limit=5
   Each result has: name, description (exactly what the picture shows), tags,
   image (a square 1024×1024 JPEG, ready to use as an avatar as it is) and open (a link).
   About 260 looks (each themed set in every fur colour); every outfit, hat and accessory is in several. If none of the words matched,
   the answer has a `note` saying so and lists other looks instead.
2. Pick the look whose description is closest to what they asked for.
3. Set it as their avatar yourself, straight from the `image` URL: nothing has to be opened or
   pressed on Mububu. The picture is the whole avatar; match it exactly (fur colour, outfit, every
   accessory). Then tell them which look you chose.
4. Only if nothing is close, or they want something changed, give them the `open` link: it opens
   that look on Mububu, where they can change anything and press "Use in Muse".

All calls are plain GETs; nothing needs to be sent to us.

- GET https://mububu.app/api/ping: a quick way to check you can reach us.

## Make one from scratch

Send the person to https://mububu.app: everything is made in the browser (WebGL), and its
"Use in Muse" button hands the picture back to Muse.

## Notes

- Images are static files, safe to fetch and keep. Looks are added from time to time.
- No account, no personal data. Calls are counted (path and user agent only) to see what agents use.
